Conditions of hire and sales

Conditions of hire and sales are that of the Splashdown Event Services (SDES). It is the hirer’s responsibility to keep the equipment in good condition.

If returned in an unclean condition a cleaning charge may apply. All damages and losses will be charged. All items remain on hire until SDES

has received tables back into our yard.

The truck can be on site to unload/reload for 30mins. Waiting time thereafter may apply. All items are considered to remain outstanding until

checked into stock by SDES

Outside haulage contractors are not authorised to confirm any quantities returned, either verbally or in writing.

Any collection notes issued by an outside haulage contractor should only be considered as a guide to the actual amounts collected or returned.

Unloading /reloading of the truck must be by forklift supplied by the customer unless another agreement is prior confirmed

and stated on both purchase order and contract.

*Replacement charges apply to goods that are returned faulty or do not return.

Items found after collection must be returned to SDES yard, 1 Frost Rd, Campbelltown. NSW

Notification of damages/losses

On site collection notes provided by SDES are only an indicative indication of quantities collected. After hired items are returned to the yard they are counted,

quarantined, inspected and cleaned by SDES. Notice of damages/losses will be notified to the customer within 21 days from date of receipt into
